The Trusts Corporation is not a standing committee of the Assembly. It is a Corporate Body of Trustees which is constituted for the purposes of the Presbyterian Trusts Act 1971.
The members of the Trusts Corporation are, at certain intervals, appointed by the General Assembly of the PCSA.
They carry out responsibilities which flow from the various trusts which have been invested to the Presbyterian Church of South Australia, Inc.
