The Presbyterian Church of South Australia is governed by a comprehensive set of rules and regulations which have grown over time with the denomination.
Our rules are legislative enactments of the General Assembly which are subject to an approval process which involves our Presbyteries. Regulations are legislative enactments of the General Assembly which do not require the approval of the Presbyteries.
The Rules have recently been subjected to a comprehensive revision. Some minor issues will be dealt with in the near future. The Regulations are under a comprehensive review as we seek to bring them into a format which complements our Rules.
