"Dunbar Homes Incorporated" is not a Standing Committee as defined by the church's regulations. It is a distinct incorporated body which is governed by its own Rules and Regulations. The Assembly appoints the Convenor and members of the Board of Managment (subject to their suitability under Federal Government Regulations) of "Dunbar Homes Incorporated".

They carry out responsibilities which flow from the various trusts which have been invested to the Presbyterian Church of South Australia, Inc.
