The Finance & Administration Committee carries out the day to day financial managment of the PCSA.

They do this by: managing the investment of Assembly funds; ascertaining that various collections and rates are remitted by the churches; attempting to ensure that the various Assembly Committees do not incur expenditure beyond their means; and by generally watching over the monetary interests of the churhc.

In addition, the Committee is also responsible to: appoint and control any office staff; administer the Church Office Fund and the Assembly Expenses Fund; to ensure that the Treasurer's accounts are correctly kept; along with other duties, as required.

The Committee also carries out the responsibilities of the Maintainance of the Ministry; Architectural and Chaplaincy Committees.
